HIS 344 - The Renaissance

Study of the cultural life of western Europe from the 14th through the 16th centuries in its historical setting, with emphasis on Petrarch, Machia-velli, Galileo, and Erasmus through a study of their works; and a special concentration on Italy. Classical and Medieval Studies course. This course may fulfill a General Education Requirement.
