NUR 411 - Pri Prev Strat for Comm I-Clin

(3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Nursing major. Focuses on application of case management in home-health nursing. Emphasis is on primary preventive aspects of planning and providing care to individuals and families in their homes. Roles of the nurse in home-health nursing will be explored.
