OSM 415 - Case Studies in Operations Management

Prerequisite(s): OMS/OSM 311  or permission of the instructor. Examines classic and current issues in operations management.Provides advanced fundamental and strategic methodologies for operations decision making. Topics include supply chain management, e-commerce, JIT, enterprise resource planning, service operations management, customer service, purchasing, quality control, human resource management, and strategy.
