PED 328 - Legal and Administrative Aspects of Physical Education

Legal aspects of physical education will include negligence, intentional torts, contracts, Americans With Disabilities Act (IDEA), and appropriate components of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Administration will include not-for-profit business organizations and the role of the school, finance, and planning.
