PSY 331 - Industrial-Organizational Psychology(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): PSY 101 . Introduction to the methods used by industrial/organizational psychologists to increase organizational effectiveness and individual well-being. Topics include selection, training, appraisal, job attitudes, work motivation, leadership, job design, organizational culture, and work environment. Course is closed to freshmen and non-degree students.
