UST 420 - Urban Design Seminar

An introduction to the topic of urban design as it relates to the private land development process; financial incentives offered by governments to stimulate development in American cities; analysis of development case studies in Cleveland, including market research and cash flow analysis to determine the feasibility of projects. This course may fulfill a General Education Requirement.
