ART 250 - Visual Literacy[3 credit(s)] This course applies social science methodologies to both historic and contemporary visuals from Western and non-Western sources. Students learn to analyze visual imagery relating to politics, ideology, marketing, race, age, body type, sexuality, violence, information architecture, new media and more through lectures, practical exercises, and case study projects.
