EEC 499H - Honors Thesis[1-3 credit(s)] Prerequisites: Senior standing, and approval of student’s honors advisor. Student will be involved in an engineering research or development project under the personal supervision of a faculty member. The specific responsibilities of the student will be arranged by mutual consent of the student, the student’s honors advisor, and the department’s undergraduate advisor. The culmination of this course is a written thesis that is approved by a committee of departmental faculty members. The student will also present a public, oral defense of the thesis to the thesis committee. May be repeated for credit up to a total of six credit hours.
