PES 101 - Physical Fitness[1 credit(s)] Focuses on principles of physical fitness, risk factors for cardiovascular disease and how to avoid/overcome them through weight control, exercise, and nutrition. Students work to improve personal fitness levels and develop individualized fitness programs for future participation.
