SPN 419 - Spanish Applied Linguistics[3 credit(s)] Prerequisites: Gen Ed Eng/Comp, SPN 302, SPN 315 or permission from instructor. This course provides a comprehensive knowledge of Spanish grammar from the perspective of second language acquisition, with a special focus on grammatical distinctions that are more challenging. Students also have the opportunity to be exposed to the different theories for teaching a second language, and general theory in applied linguistics.
