MKT 350 - Principles of Personal Selling[3 credit(s)] Prerequisite: ENG 101, ENG 102. Provides an overview of the selling process. Stresses interpersonal skills, communication and active listening skills, proposal development, presentation planning, communicating value, handling objections, obtaining commitment, and ethics of selling. Provides all students with skillset useful for selling products, services, ideas, and themselves in a competitive workplace. Provides a foundation for Advanced Selling.
